H\u1ecd l\u1edbn l\u00ean c\u00f9ng smartphone, m\u1ea1ng x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i v\u00e0 n\u1ec1n kinh t\u1ebf chia s\u1ebb, n\u00ean c\u00e1ch nh\u00ecn v\u1ec1 c\u00f4ng vi\u1ec7c kh\u00e1c bi\u1ec7t r\u00f5 so v\u1edbi th\u1ebf h\u1ec7 Millennials hay Gen X. Thay v\u00ec xem c\u00f4ng ty nh\u01b0 “n\u01a1i g\u1eafn b\u00f3 tr\u1ecdn \u0111\u1eddi”, nhi\u1ec1u b\u1ea1n tr\u1ebb coi m\u1ed7i v\u1ecb tr\u00ed l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t tr\u1ea1m d\u1eebng \u0111\u1ec3 h\u1ecdc h\u1ecfi k\u1ef9 n\u0103ng v\u00e0 m\u1edf r\u1ed9ng m\u1ea1ng l\u01b0\u1edbi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u0110i\u1ec3m \u0111\u00e1ng ch\u00fa \u00fd l\u00e0 Gen Z kh\u00f4ng ng\u1ea1i \u0111\u1eb7t c\u00e2u h\u1ecfi ng\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u1ea1i nh\u00e0 tuy\u1ec3n d\u1ee5ng v\u1ec1 v\u0103n h\u00f3a, gi\u1edd gi\u1ea5c, ch\u00ednh s\u00e1ch ngh\u1ec9 ph\u00e9p hay c\u01a1 h\u1ed9i \u0111\u00e0o t\u1ea1o ngay trong bu\u1ed5i ph\u1ecfng v\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ea7u ti\u00ean. S\u1ef1 ch\u1ee7 \u0111\u1ed9ng n\u00e0y \u0111\u00f2i h\u1ecfi b\u1ed9 ph\u1eadn tuy\u1ec3n d\u1ee5ng (Recruitment) ph\u1ea3i chu\u1ea9n b\u1ecb th\u00f4ng tin minh b\u1ea1ch, tr\u00e1nh n\u00f3i chung chung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Qua kh\u1ea3o s\u00e1t n\u1ed9i b\u1ed9 c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c \u0111\u01a1n v\u1ecb nh\u00e2n s\u1ef1 v\u00e0 b\u00e1o c\u00e1o t\u1eeb Anphabe, c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 t\u00f3m t\u1eaft nh\u1eefng \u0111\u1eb7c \u0111i\u1ec3m Gen Z \u01b0u ti\u00ean khi l\u1ef1a ch\u1ecdn n\u01a1i l\u00e0m vi\u1ec7c nh\u01b0 sau:<\/p>\n\n\n\n C\u00f3 th\u1ec3 th\u1ea5y c\u00e1c y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 phi v\u1eadt ch\u1ea5t nh\u01b0 minh b\u1ea1ch, \u00fd ngh\u0129a v\u00e0 s\u1ee9c kh\u1ecfe tinh th\u1ea7n \u0111\u1ee9ng ngang h\u00e0ng \u2013 th\u1eadm ch\u00ed v\u01b0\u1ee3t \u2013 m\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng trong m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p. \u0110\u00e2y l\u00e0 b\u01b0\u1edbc chuy\u1ec3n r\u00f5 r\u1ec7t so v\u1edbi c\u00e1c th\u1ebf h\u1ec7 tr\u01b0\u1edbc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Gen Z th\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u1eb7t “culture fit” l\u00ean tr\u01b0\u1edbc “job fit”. M\u1ed9t m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p v\u1edbi h\u1ecd kh\u00f4ng nh\u1ea5t thi\u1ebft ph\u1ea3i h\u00e0o nho\u00e1ng, nh\u01b0ng c\u1ea7n \u0111\u1ee7 c\u1edfi m\u1edf \u0111\u1ec3 c\u00e1 nh\u00e2n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u00e0 ch\u00ednh m\u00ecnh. H\u1ecd th\u00edch n\u01a1i \u0111\u1ed3ng nghi\u1ec7p t\u00f4n tr\u1ecdng s\u1ef1 kh\u00e1c bi\u1ec7t, qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd (line manager) s\u1eb5n s\u00e0ng l\u1eafng nghe v\u00e0 c\u00f4ng ty c\u00f3 ch\u00ednh s\u00e1ch \u0111a d\u1ea1ng \u2013 h\u00f2a nh\u1eadp (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion).<\/p>\n\n\n\n M\u1ed9t \u0111\u1eb7c \u0111i\u1ec3m kh\u00e1c l\u00e0 Gen Z coi tr\u1ecdng ranh gi\u1edbi gi\u1eefa c\u00f4ng vi\u1ec7c v\u00e0 cu\u1ed9c s\u1ed1ng. H\u1ecd mu\u1ed1n th\u00f4ng \u0111i\u1ec7p ng\u1eafn g\u1ecdn, c\u00f3 b\u1ed1i c\u1ea3nh v\u00e0 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 tra c\u1ee9u l\u1ea1i. \u0110i\u1ec1u n\u00e0y bu\u1ed9c doanh nghi\u1ec7p ph\u1ea3i s\u1ed1 h\u00f3a quy tr\u00ecnh giao ti\u1ebfp n\u1ed9i b\u1ed9 thay v\u00ec d\u1ef1a ho\u00e0n to\u00e0n v\u00e0o email truy\u1ec1n th\u1ed1ng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Th\u1ebf h\u1ec7 n\u00e0y xem vi\u1ec7c h\u1ecdc l\u00e0 k\u00eanh \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 cho b\u1ea3n th\u00e2n.
